These terms and conditions govern the online purchase process of gift treatments offered by MONARC CONCEP SL through its website. Purchasing the treatment implies full acceptance of these conditions by the user.

The purchase generates a voucher or confirmation which must be presented by the beneficiary on the day of their appointment.

3. Purchasing process

4. Price and payment method

Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes.

5. Conditions of use of the gift treatment

  • The gift voucher is Personal and non-transferable, unless expressly authorized by MONARC CONCEP SL

  • Necessary book an appointment in advance through the channels indicated on the website or on the voucher itself.

  • The voucher's validity period will be as indicated at the time of purchase. If no validity period is specified, the validity period will be [date to be specified]. 6 months from the date of issue.

  • In case of non-attendance without prior notice of at least 24 hours, the treatment may be considered consumed.

6. Changes and cancellations

The data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with current regulations and the Privacy Policy available in www.monarcsalon.com.
The user declares to have read and accepted said policy.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions will be governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Zaragoza, unless otherwise provided by consumer protection regulations.
